LPOA vs. Davis, et al
In November 2015, the LPOA Board passed a vote for the launch of Program 2020, as presented to them by the Facilities Development Committee and the Finance Committee. The dues were raised by $84 ($7/month) , from $1236 to $1320 annually.
In December 2015, The Association was challenged in court on two counts:
Count 1. Authority to borrow money at the rate of 1.5 times Income
Count 2. Authority to set annual assessments per the By-Laws.
