Q. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO PROGRAM 2020 IF WE ROLL BACK DUES?
A. The New Pavilion, The New East Lake Pool and all the Improvements to the East Lake Marina will be kept for the enjoyment of the membership, and we will pay for these items faithfully per our agreement with our bank.
Future elements of Program 2020, like the Activities Center and Fitness Center, will not be possible without a future vote of the membership as we will no longer have future reserves to pay for this new addition.
